By accessing or using the Unique Stain website (uniquestain.in) — including browsing products, creating an account, or placing an order — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make purchases. By using our website you represent that you meet this requirement. Minors may only use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Accounts & Registration
Account creation
You may create an account using Google Sign-In (via Firebase Authentication). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension.
Account security
You must notify us immediately at sales@uniquestain.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period, with or without prior notice.
Orders & Purchases
Order acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
Product availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative product.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of order placement.
Pricing errors
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and issue a full refund. We will notify you of such cancellations promptly.
Bulk & wholesale orders
For bulk orders (10+ units of any product), please contact us directly at sales@uniquestain.in for customised pricing and availability.
Payments
Payment methods
We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay on their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000. A convenience fee of ₹29 applies. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Refusing a COD delivery without prior cancellation may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
Payment failure
If your payment fails, the order will not be confirmed. Any amount debited for a failed transaction will be automatically refunded to your account within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment provider.
Fraud prevention
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity and to share relevant information with law enforcement or financial institutions as required.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by location (2–9 business days within India). These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery responsibility
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect address
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Re-shipping charges will apply for returned packages.

Return eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Certain product categories (e.g. personalised items, digital goods, perishables) may be non-returnable.
Return process
To initiate a return, visit our Returns page with your Order ID and registered mobile number. Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, store credit, or via bank transfer — as selected during the return process. COD order refunds are issued via bank transfer.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to
Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without prior written consent; use our platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photographs, and design elements — is the property of Unique Stain or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unique Stain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu.
Dispute resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of written notice, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation.
