Order Processing
After your payment is confirmed, our warehouse team picks, packs, and dispatches your order within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking details once the order is handed to the courier.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Cash on Delivery Notice
COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000. A convenience fee of ₹29 applies. COD orders may take an additional 1–2 days to process as they require manual verification.
Prepaid Orders Ship Faster
Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking) are prioritised in our dispatch queue and are typically shipped within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends / public holidays are processed the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an SMS/email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID or phone number.
What if my order is delayed?
Occasionally courier delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or high-volume sale periods. If your order is more than 3 days beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing the order, before dispatch. Contact our support team immediately via phone or email.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After the third failed attempt the package is returned to us. You can then request a re-shipment (additional shipping charge may apply).
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we only ship within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — stay tuned!
