Special Cases

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return pickup required in most cases.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free pickup and dispatch the correct item immediately, or issue a full refund including shipping charges.

Non-Delivery / Lost in Transit

If your order has not been delivered within 15 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and either reship the order or issue a full refund.

Order Cancelled Before Dispatch

If you cancel an order before it is dispatched, a full refund is issued immediately. For prepaid orders, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we initiate the refund within 1 business day. After initiation, it takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

What if I paid via Cash on Delivery?

COD refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Please contact us with your bank account details after your return is approved. Refunds are typically credited within 3–5 business days.

Can I get a refund without returning the item?

In cases of missing items, wrong items where we ask you to keep the item, or significant product defects verified via photos, we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring a return.

What if my refund amount is incorrect?

If the refunded amount differs from what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the refund with your order number and bank statement. We will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?

Yes! If you prefer an exchange for a different size, colour, or product, mention this when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. Any price difference will be collected or refunded accordingly.

Will the shipping charge be refunded?

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or missing item). In those cases, the full order total including shipping is refunded.

How do I track my refund status?

You can check the status of your return and refund anytime on the Returns page using your Order ID and phone number. We also send email and SMS updates at every step.
